Overview

First American Payment Systems, a leader in the credit card processing industry is currently looking for someone with strong drive and leadership ability to fill the position of Manager, Strategic Partnerships. This position will pro-actively reach out to the ISO/ISV community to pursue and create partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations, Agents, Software Vendors and Referral Partnerships. This position is based at our corporate office in Fort Worth, TX and reports to the Director of Sales, Strategic Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily outbound efforts to generate own lead sources
  • Sign new partners and drive new merchant application production
  • Facilitate and prepare, in a timely manner, proposals to be sent to potential partners
  • Respond to incoming referrals from our partnerships, advertising, web presence, and trade shows
  • Assist our outreach efforts by attending meetings and tradeshows
  • Form relationships within the industry through networking and help communicate company strengths to potential partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in business administration or other related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales driven position
  • Experience selling ISO, Agent, or Referral Partnerships strongly desired
  • Background in the payment processing industry a plus
  • Knowledge of computer software systems including MS Word and Excel
  • Must have an assertive, innovative, and creative approach to growth
