First American Payment Systems, located in Downtown Fort Worth, is on the hunt for a Human Resources Administrator who is passionate about benefit programs and providing out of this world service to our employees and vendors! Your role will have daily interactions with all levels of employees from our amazing front line staff to our highly approachable executives. The HR Administrator has a hand in everything from employee support, enrollment, EDI’s and billing. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic person with solid administrative skills but wants to grow more in the benefits area.
So what does your Day-to -Day look like? You’ll spend time:
What we are looking for in the right candidate!
1-2 years supporting employees within the HR department, preferably in a benefits capacity
An associate’ or bachelor’s degree are preferred; however, if you have equivalent work experience that counts too
Balancing Act, Communication – This candidate must be comfortable presenting in large/small groups delivering detailed to complex information
Time management – This candidate must manage multiple rolling deadlines that may include some phone/email or specials project interruptions
Computer skills. You’ve got to know your stuff when it comes it Microsoft Office! Especially Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Outlook.
