    Join our collaborative marketing team and have a hand in driving new and innovative marketing approaches for First American and its subsidiaries.

     

    In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of strategy, content and execution of a wide range of marketing efforts. The role will be responsible for working with the business unit leadership and fellow marketing team members in executing various marketing activities including digital marketing, partner support, content coordination, presentations, and pre/post tradeshow marketing support.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to support growth of a First American banking division.
    • Provide creative input and assistance in the execution of branding, marketing and communications projects
    • Create, deploy and measure email-marketing campaigns for sales efforts, client communication, tradeshow/conference attendance, etc. through HubSpot.
    • Coordinate development of traditional collateral, emails, ads, presentations, event marketing materials, and more
    • Manage and improve website including:
      • Work with in-house creative and development team to enhance existing website
      • Update website with content and images through content management system
      • Monitor performance metrics to understand organic search performance across multiple markets and measure the impact of changes
    • Coordinate all logistics of event participation including registration, sponsorships and promotional strategies
    • Perform market research, industry research and competitive analysis to support marketing plans and activities
    • Create and maintain a marketing library of updated materials for the sales teams
    • Present bi-weekly performance reports to management
    • Manage relationship with outside vendors

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • 2-3 years of Marketing experience.
    • 2-3 years of experience in financial services or banking industry is required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing and promotions including traditional, digital, and content marketing
    • Strong ability to proactively manage deadlines and communicate with internal marketing team and business unit leaders
    • Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and work independently
    • Ability to identify issues and raise them to management while offering potential solutions
    • Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in fast-paced, multi-campaign environment
    • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience communicating and working with outside clients
    • Experience with the following programs: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.com and   website CMS platforms.
    • An understanding of how to promote awareness via social media platforms
    • Team player with positive, proactive attitude
    • Impeccable ethics and integrity
