  • Overview

    The position of Application Administrator requires preparation of merchant-facing applications and forms for use by various departments, as well loading forms on to the online application tool FirstOnBoard located in Downtown Fort Worth, TX.  The position utilizes Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, in addition to other Microsoft related programs.  The role requires excellent problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, as well as time management skills. 

     

    This position also requires cross-training in all Merchant Relations positions so that they are able to cover any need of the department.   This position will assist the Merchant Relations Specialist and prepare responses to concerns raised by merchants, attorneys, Better Business Bureaus and Attorney Generals in a variety of formats.  During high volume periods this position will also assist in preparation of 1099K forms and the QA of said forms in a timely manner, preparation of Backup Withholding notices, as well as preparation of updated tax. 

    Responsibilities

    • Extensive verbal and written communication and time management skills required.
    • InDesign and Adobe knowledge required
    • Prepare applications and forms required by the various business units within the organization.
    • Respond to letters from merchants, attorneys, Better Business Bureau, Attorneys General and negotiate settlements where applicable.
    • Prepare 1099K Forms and review and verify same.
    • Assist Merchant Relations Manager with any other tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Strong work ethic, using time productively to accomplish work goals.
    • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
    • General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Adobe Acrobat and InDesign preferred
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Exellent negotiation skills.

    Possesses excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable communicating with all levels of management.  Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.  Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.  Must be a dependable and self-motivated individual.
