    Come and join the leading payment technology company, First American Payment Systems, located in Downtown, Fort Worth, TX.  We are looking for a Marketing Content Coordinator that will be responsible for content creation including social media and other duties as assigned. Assignments can include website copy, blog posts, white papers and infographics. The role will also include analytical reporting and analysis.


    • Maintain a content calendar for First American corporate and its subsidiaries
    • Create and manage all social media campaigns
    • Regularly produce content for the website/blog related to the industry and specific to our target markets
    • Develop content including but not limited to white papers, articles for trade publications, video scripts, landing page content, infographic copy, case studies, client testimonials, e-books, and other content for each sales channel
    • Manage internal communications including the company newsletter and intranet
    • Monthly reporting on content distributed, engagement and lead generation from content
    • Assist the marketing team with marketing projects and events as needed
    • Stay current on industry and content trends


    • 1-2 years writing and/or content creation experience in a Business-to-Business setting
    • Knowledge of content marketing, communications, SEO and social media trends
    • Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
    • Payment or financial industry experience a plus
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules
    • Microsoft Office and Sprout Social
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • College degree in marketing, advertising or related field required
    • 1-2 years working in a B2B marketing in content, communications or a writing role 
    • Business writing portfolio required
