  • Overview

    We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist/HR Assistant for our Downtown Fort Worth, TX office.  This position is responsible for routing all incoming telephone calls, welcoming and directing on-site visitors, electronically filing organizational wide documents through Fortis Document Management software, handling corporate parking, and conducting additional HR assistant duties as needed. Shift begins at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


    • Answers incoming telephone calls and handles all voice messages, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate department or individual.
    • Welcomes all guests and ensures sign in logs are completed
    • Handles the E-Verify process for all new hires
    • New hire reporting for the Enterprise
    • Files all documents scanned to Fortis (personnel file storage system) appropriately and timely.
    • Initially reviews all incoming faxes, determines purpose and forwards to appropriate department or individual
    • Point of contact for corporate deliveries
    • Sets up New Hire parking, access badges, and photo badges
    • Monitors corporate Parking, providing updates/issues when necessary
    • Provides upkeep for the Master Phone spreadsheet
    • Handles petty cash, Fed Ex shipments, Stamps, and misc. promotional tickets
    • Handles all verifications of employment organizational wide.
    • Performs other clerical/admin duties as needed.


    • 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in a corporate setting
    • A rockstar at communicating with folks, whether it’s face-to-face, on the phone, or via email.
    • A Microsoft office pro! Intermediate level Excel and Outlook experience a must!
    • A high school diploma, or equivalent. Some college preferred
