    We are looking for a Rock Star Recruiter for our HR Team in Downtown Fort Worth, TX!  The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for high volume (internal and external) recruitment initiatives for the organization.  This role will create and post positions throughout multiple job boards, screen resumes, conduct interviews and recommend/schedule face to face interviews for hiring managers.  In addition, it will also help with other HR related duties as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs
    • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings
    • Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates for all positions throughout the enterprise
    • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
    • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
    • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer paperwork, etc.
    • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
    • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
    • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, specific agreements, etc.)
    • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance
    • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
    • Assists with other HR Duties as needed; such as unemployment responses and other general duties

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources
    • Minimum of 2 years of prior recruiting experience required
    • Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience/ Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably iCIMs
    • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential a +!
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications including outlook
    • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
    • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
